Finding your download

After placing an order, check the order confirmation page and the email address you used at checkout for download instructions. If you have an account, sign in and check My Account for available downloads.

Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure you’re checking the same email address you used at checkout.

Having trouble opening a file?

Make sure the file has finished downloading. Some products need a free app such as a PDF reader or spreadsheet software to open. Check the product description for any specific requirements.

Questions about an order?

If you have a payment or order issue, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please don’t send payment card details.
