Refund and Returns Policy

All products sold by DIGI Product Studio by Ganesh Pawar (operated by Ganesh Laxman Pawar) are digital downloads. Because files can be downloaded immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, and are generally not eligible for return after the download has been delivered or accessed.

When we give a refund

• You were charged but did not receive the download, and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours.
• The file is damaged or does not open, and we cannot fix or replace it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank.

This policy does not affect any rights available under applicable law.
